By using the services of The Reiki Shop, booking appointments, making purchases, or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

By opting into our SMS program, you can expect to receive:

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to +1 925-966-1233. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4. INFORMATION SHARING & THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE

Mobile Information Protection:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service Provider Access:

We may share information with our service providers (Square for payments, GoHighLevel for customer management) solely for the purpose of providing services to you.

5. APPOINTMENT & BOOKING TERMS

Booking Policy:

Appointments must be booked through our online system or by phone

Full payment or deposit may be required at time of booking

Appointment confirmations will be sent via email and/or SMS

Cancellation Policy:

24-hour notice required for cancellations.

No fees or penalties for late cancellations

No-Show Policy:

No associated fees for no-shows

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods processed through Square POS.

Payment Processing:

All payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store your complete payment card information.

Refund Policy:

10 day refund policy for services and a 30 Day refund policy for items purchased from our store with receipt and non-damaged.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit.

7. HEALTH & WELLNESS DISCLAIMERS

Not Medical Treatment:

Reiki and our wellness services are complementary healing practices and are not intended to replace medical treatment. Always consult with your healthcare provider regarding medical conditions.

Client Responsibility:

You are responsible for informing us of any health conditions that may affect your ability to participate in our services safely.

Results Disclaimer:

Individual results from our services may vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or healing results.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, marketing materials, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of The Reiki Shop.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Service Limitations:

Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies.
