Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of 02/01/2025 between The Reiki Shop LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of CA, will be referred as “The Company” with its principal place of business located at 2781 Clayton Rd, Concord, CA 94519 and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms (the "User").

Services

The Company operates in the Reiki healing & wellness industry, providing various services related to Reiki healing and wellness. By using the Company's website reikishopconcord.com and any associated services, the User agrees to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

Data Privacy

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Company will never sell the User's data. The Company is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of all personal information provided by the User in accordance with applicable laws. However, the Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted through the Internet and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without the Company's written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to the Website and services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination, the User's right to use the services will immediately cease, and any provisions of this Agreement that should reasonably survive termination shall do so.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and the User submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the User and the Company. By using the services provided by the Company, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Terms of Service Agreement.
